For Educational Institutions
Publication Opportunities for Educational Institutions
The Omnis Access open access platform provides educational institutions with the opportunity to publish their scientific works—even as their own series. During the processing of manuscripts, Omnis Access adheres to the format, layout, and editing specified by the institution.
1. Preliminary Agreement
The institution and Omnis Access enter into a preliminary agreement regarding the publication of works, which subsequently regulates the process. Publications appear within the institution’s own series, based on the conditions outlined in the written agreement between Omnis Access and the institution.
2. Formatting and Editing
Omnis Access fully complies with the institution's requirements, so authors are not required to adapt their texts to the Omnis Access format. The institution’s publications are edited according to the specified series standards. Institutions may also opt to edit the PDF and EPUB files uploaded to the platform themselves.
3. Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted in the format specified in the agreement, always accompanied by the completed metadata and copyright declaration.
4. Publishing Options
Publications are made available online with open access. Printed editions can also be produced based on the institution’s needs. For printed editions, the institution determines the distribution method.
The goal of Omnis Access is to make the scientific content of educational institutions accessible at the highest professional standard, tailored to the needs of authors and institutions.
