Publication Submission

The submission of scientific articles follows specific formatting and content requirements. The following guide will help you successfully submit your manuscript on the Omnis Access open access platform.

1. Writing the Cover Letter

When contacting us, to expedite the evaluation process, please include the following: a brief summary of the manuscript to be published (including the number of author’s sheets alongside the content summary) and an explanation of why you think the manuscript is suitable for Omnis Access. Additionally, please attach up to 3 sample pages in PDF format. It is also necessary to specify who the manuscript's reviewer was. Select the publication package you wish to use (see the Appendix). Send the letter to us for preliminary evaluation. The subject of the email should include the manuscript title, followed by "preliminary evaluation."

2. Preparing the Manuscript

After receiving positive preliminary feedback, prepare the manuscript as follows:

Format the manuscript according to the Omnis Access guidelines (if the manuscript contains special characters, do not change the font, as this may cause issues).

Ensure all figures and tables are properly numbered, referenced, and formatted.

Check the display of any special characters.

3. Verifying References and Copyrights

Ensure all citations and references are accurate and complete. Use citation management software (e.g., EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero) if needed.

Verify that you have the rights for all images included in the manuscript.

4. Writing the Cover Letter

Briefly introduce the research goal, significance, and main findings.

Explain why the manuscript is suitable for Omnis Access.

Include authors' names, affiliations, and contact information.

5. Submitting the Manuscript

Complete the copyright declaration and the metadata table, and sign the agreement.

Choose a cover image.

Ensure that all mandatory attachments (e.g., declarations, metadata) are included.

Keep the confirmation receipt of submission.

Further processing will be conducted based on the agreement signed with you. Any matters not regulated on this platform will be addressed in the agreement.

Appendix

Publication Packages

- Online open access publication on the Omnis Access platform.

- Printed publication at Novissima Publishing.

By default, the manuscript will be published with the preferred formatting of Omnis Access and with the submitted image used for the cover. The image will be placed into a pre-prepared template, matching the theme's appropriate format.
